I think that Hotmail is so far (thanks to Windows Live team) is a great product but to make it even better, bring to a next level of professionalism & functinality, beat all the rivals (e.g. Gmail & Yahoo! Mail), I suggest that the Windows Live team should convert Hotmail to a platform, in other words I mean you should allow every single developer to build apps for Hotmail, and since Hotmail is the most popular e-mail service, developers will find Hotmail as an important market (430 million users), the apps created by developers for Hotmail will mean that Hotmail gets extra features and capabilities and therefore increase it's performance, creativity and so attracts more users.
